2.1 Membership

Membership to KheloPoker is subject to approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any membership application at our sole discretion.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary.

3.1 Entry Fees

Minimum entry fee is $20 USD equivalent in USDT (TRC20). All payments must be made in USDT cryptocurrency via the TRC20 network only.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed within 5-10 minutes during operating hours. We reserve the right to verify transactions and may require additional documentation for security purposes.

3.3 Refunds

Entry fees are non-refundable once a game has started. Refund requests for unused entry fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4.1 Fair Play

All games are monitored for fair play. Any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4.2 Player Conduct

Players must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment or abuse of other players
• Use of bots or automated software
• Collusion or chip dumping
• Any form of cheating or manipulation

4.3 Table Rules

Standard poker rules apply. Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and PLO5 follow standard poker rules. House rules and variations will be clearly communicated before games begin.
